Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to pass State Certification Tests
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
  • Previous industry experience is an asset but is not required
  • Experience operating a trailer behind a vehicle is a plus but is not required.
  • Willing to submit a background check
  • Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 /hour

What You Will Do

This position involves driving to the homes of our customers and using ride-on equipment to apply fertilizer and weed control products. You will also be providing our customers with excellent service and developing solutions to achieve their lawn care goals. We specialize in developing professionals in the lawn care industry. With our training program, we can equip you with the right tools and information to become valued lawn care professionals. We are willing to train the right candidates.
