Our Perimeter Pest Control protects your living space from invading insects with regularly scheduled treatments. The treatments encompass a six to eight foot wide area around the outside of your home including your home’s foundation, cracks, crevices, and other “bug doorways.”
Top Lawn’s perimeter pest control includes a series of up to five treatments applied every four to six weeks. It will provide a protective shield around your home and reduce the number of insects, including ants, earwigs, crickets, mites, and spiders from entering.

Our Summer Insect Control reduces populations of turf damaging insects. Surface feeding insects such as armyworm, cutworm, sod webworm, chinch bugs, ants, fleas and ticks, destroy grass by chewing blades or sucking plant juices. The damage caused can show up in many ways. This includes:
- The weakening of plants or grass
- Patches of grass with an uneven appearance
- Yellow or brown areas of the lawn
