ExperiGreen & Top Lawn Support Forgotten Harvest – Fighting Hunger & Food Insecurity

May 2025
Our ExperiGreen & Top Lawn team in Detroit are proud to support Forgotten Harvest, an organization dedicated to fighting hunger and food insecurity in the community. Since 1990, Forgotten Harvest has been rescuing surplus food from grocery stores, markets, restaurants, caterers, and more.
Their mission is dedicated to relieving hunger and preventing nutritious food waste. The food they distribute helps bridge the income gap for tens of thousands of people, enabling families to access essential resources and support. Their work has also expanded to include Forgotten Harvest Farms, where they grow fresh food for those in need.
ExperiGreen is a Proud Sponsor of Folds of Honor

January 2025
Folds of Honor began with Lieutenant Colonel Dan Rooney, who became painfully aware of what families experience when a loved one in the military is fallen or disabled. He has remained committed to rallying support for military members and their family. Since 2007, Folds of Honor has been able to provide nearly 62,000 educational scholarships to family of military members. ExperiGreen is proud to support this organization and their mission.
Their logo, a folded flag, is a symbol of hope. It helps reflect their mission which is to honor the sacrifice of America’s heroes, while giving hope to the bearers of their legacy. The folded flag is a reminder of those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. Learn more about their organization on their website: foldsofhonor.org
ExperiGreen Lawn Care-Detroit Proudly Sponsors Sleep in Heavenly Peace

June 2024
ExperiGreen is excited to announce our most recent sponsorship of Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), a remarkable national non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that no child sleeps on the floor. Our ExperiGreen team understands the importance of a good night’s sleep. Just as a healthy, green lawn provides a safe and enjoyable space for families to entertain and relax, a bed is essential for a child’s well-being and development. This sponsorship helps to ensure that children in the Wayne County community have a comfortable place to lay their heads.
We are proud to partner with Sleep in Heavenly Peace of Wayne County and support their vital work. Every child deserves a bed to call their own, and together, we can help make this a reality.
